Thank you for your interest and inquiry into Extras Management. We accept Sag and AFTRA Talent by invitation only so as not to over load our roster with too many actors that have the same look in any one category. This way we have a better chance of booking our Talent for the union gigs working in the industry today. That being said I would just like to set the proper level of expectation with respect to potential job bookings. Know that production is just starting to ramp up due to COVID19 shutdown and we cannot guarantee any level of consistent work. I just don't want people to expect to be booked several days a week right away Your experience, look, and reputation with the casting directors we support predicate the volume of work you will get booked on We book SAG-AFTRA union as well as nonunion jobs for TV, feature films, commercials and print as well as live audience work. I stress that my Talent set themselves apart from the crowd by being professional, punctual, and ready to work in the wardrobe requested!
However, we do NOT promise to get you work. We DO submit you for everything that fits your category but is the casting director that ultimately makes the decision. We have established relationships with the casting directors at Central Casting as well as Bill Dance, Rich King, Sandi Alessi, Advanced Casting and dozens of other casting companies booking work in town these days.
Due to our concern for your health, and the safety of our staff we will be conducting a virtual registration process for the unforeseeable future. If an office visit is required you will be notified to schedule an appointment. Please note we only allow one person at a time in the office and follow a strict health and safety protocol. We ask that you please wear a mask at all times while in the office and wash your hands immediately upon being granted entry to the office. You will be required to fill out a Health and Safety Questioner.
Office visits are by appointment only on a very limited basis and only for the verification of your identity or special payment needs. If requested please bring a government issued identification card or pass port and your right to work documentation. In most cases if you are a US citizen a Social Security card will suffice. If you don't have one you will need to get an original to gain entry on some studio lots these days.
Whenever possible for the time being, we will try to use photos you submit on a temporary basis. If we require you to visit the office, we ask that you be prompt in honoring your scheduled appointment. When submitting photos, we recommend four basic looks from the following categories to start with. Business or formal, casual, costume or uniform and bikini/bathing suit if you wish to be submitted for those jobs. Other popular categories these days are 18 to look younger, Club or Cocktail and especially military/nursing. All Talent must have a working email address and a text message capable phone to be accepted. Our system utilizes state of the art technology to notify you of booked work and confirm delivery of your details.
We monitor job postings and social media throughout the day and are in constant communication with casting from 7am until midnight or when casting no longer has roles to fill. We submit you to casting across the board based on your availability and specifically when a look or category you possess is requested. Keep in mind it is ultimately casting that make the booking decisions not us, we just make recommendations based on their needs.
Please note that if you have not disclosed that you are a previous client of Extras Management or one of its affiliates irrespective of receiving this invitation you may be turned down for reinstatement.

Our monthly fee ranges from $75 for full time availability to down to $10 to keep your profile active in the system. Our fee is due upon signing up and service level plans are detailed in your intake package. We are a month to month service so you can give thirty days notice to terminate service at any time. Extras Management is NOT your employer and provides our services on an at will basis, we reserve the right to terminate services at any time without cause.
