How does it work with COVID? How does testing work?

     This is an ever-evolving situation. Every set and production handle logistics differently while adhering to strictly monitored industry standard guidelines. We will inform you of that production's requirements at the time of booking. We only book jobs through reputable casting companies that adhere to those published guidelines. You must be willing to be tested if you are making yourself available for submission. We do not have access to your test results, nor do we share your personal or HIPPA related information other than for booking requirements. Please do not call us and ask for the results of your test. You will be contacted by production if you are not eligible to work. If you need to cancel a job booked on your behalf while otherwise showing available due to COVID related circumstances you will need to make yourself unavailable for submission until such a time that you have met the industry required guidelines for safely returning to work.

How do I get a refund?

     Only first-time clients having never been on service with us before are entitled to a refund. Refunds are only provided if requested and received within 10 calendar days of signing up. Requests for refund must be submitted in writing and signed with the date of request on the form provided when you signed up.    There are no refunds, full or partial provided for clients that request going off service after the first of the month. You must request to go off service in writing or via email with evidence of confirmation of receipt prior to the first day of the month you wish to go off service.

How do I qualify for a courtesy credit?

     Courtesy credits are provided for clients on our Full Time Availability Plan (FTA) only if they meet  the following criteria.

  • Your profile must be set to FTA on the first day of the month.
  • Your previous months service fee must have been paid in full prior to the last day of the previous month.
  • You must have had a minimum of 20 days of open availability in the previous month.
  • You cannot have a job cancellation for any reason in the prior month.
  • If you are not booked for work either through us or on your own you will receive a $50/40 credit depending on your age applied to your following months service fee.
  • If you book only one day of work either through us or on your own you will receive a $25/20 credit depending on your age applied to your following months service fee.

   If you make yourself unavailable for a day that you have communicated as your "Standard Availability" any reason you will be ineligible for a courtesy credit in the following month. Courtesy credits have zero or no cash value and are applied to the following months service fee. Only active clients are eligible for courtesy credits. Courtesy credits have no future value if you go off service for any reason.

How much do I pay if I sign up mid month?

     Your monthly fee is due upon signing up and based on your requested Standard Availability/Rate Plan. If you choose "Full Time Availability" (FTA), our best value you will be charged $75/60 depending on your age. You will receive a pro-rated credit on the following months invoice based on how many days there are left in the month from the day you sign up. You will not be eligible for a courtesy credit in your first month of being on service.

    If you choose "Calls in Availability" (CIA) you will be charged $20/15 depending on your age. You will be invoiced for the days you make yourself available on the following months invoice at a rate of $2.50/2 per day depending on your age.

What day will I be invoiced?

      You will be invoiced for the current month usually within the first 5 days of the month via email.

What does "Standard Availability" Mean?

      Your standard availability are the days of the week you communicate to us and we show you as available to casting for submission. You can change or adjust them anytime by emailing our availability@ExtrazMgt.com box for days 48 hours in advance of the next booking day or by calling the office for next day changes if you are not already booked.

What Happens if I change my rate plan mid-month?

What if I want to go on freeze but I only got booked once?

     If you start the month as FTA, have paid your bill in full and meet all of the other criteria outlined in "How do I qualify for your courtesy credit?" above prior to changing to a "Freeze" status, then you would be entitled to the applicable credit based on your age and the number of times you were booked either though us or on your own.

    Example: Age 18, paid $75 prior to changing to freeze status and was booked once, either though us or on your own. The following month you would be billed at $10 and given a $25 credit bringing you balance due to negative $15 and you would have a no cash value credit going into the following month.

   Example: Age 55, paid $60 prior to changing to freeze status and was not booked at all either though us or on your own. The following month you would be billed at $10 and given a $40 credit bringing you balance due to negative $30 and you would have a no cash value credit going into the following month.

    Example: Age 25, paid $75 prior to changing to freeze status and was booked two or more times either through us or on your own. Irrespective of the day of the month you would not be eligible for a credit in the following month.

When can I change my rate plan?

 You can change your rate plan at any time. However, whatever your plan is on the first day of the month is the schedule you will be billed at for that month. Keep in mind you could have additional fees due based upon the days you are available that would be added to your following months bill.

When is the credit applied if I'm not booked for the month?

     If you meet all of the criteria to be eligible for our courtesy credit, it will be applied to the following months service fee. Please see "How do I qualify for your courtesy credit?" above.

When is my bill due?

     Invoices are due upon receipt. If not paid in full by the 15th of the current month, your profile will show as unavailable for submission until such time that you bring your balance current. If not paid in full prior to the last business day of the month, your account will be suspended until past due is paid in full and current months service fee is paid in advance. In addition, you may be required to execute a new credit card charge authorization form prior to be made available for submission.

Why was my profile suspended or not showing as available?

  You may have your availability for submission suspended for any one of the following reasons:

  • Failure to pay your current balance due prior to the 15th of the month.
  • Failure to pay your prior months balance due prior to the last business day of the previous month.
  • Failure to confirm for or honor a job booked on your behalf when otherwise showing available.
  • Our inability to contact you via one of the mandatory contact methods you have provided us.
  • Notification from casting or production for behavior deemed to be unprofessional on set.

Why am I billed in advance?

    Like most service providers (cable, cell phone), we require payment is advance to provide a service on your behalf. We do not guarantee to get you work. Just submit you for the jobs you meet criteria for. New and returning clients must have a valid on file and prepay for the current month in advance. Returning clients with past due balances must make arrangements to pay past due balance in cash prior to being made active in the system.

Why is my invoice more that the rate plan I signed up for?

  If you choose the "Part Time Availability" (PTA) or "Calls in Availability" (CIA), charges for available days in excess of those allotted with the plan are charged in the following month. These plans are not eligible for courtesy credit.

CIA is $20/15 per month depending on your age. Plus, any days made available for submission in a calendar month are added to the following months invoice at a rate of $2.50/2.00 per day. This plan has zero days "standard availability".

Example: Age 50, paid $20 for current month. Made available a total of 4 days in the month. Following month would be billed $20 plus four days at $2.50 for a total of $30. Maximum potential total due for the prior month is $75.

Example: Age 55, paid $15 for current month. Made available a total of 12 days in the month. Following month would be billed at $20 plus twelve days at $2.00 for a total of $48. Maximum potential total due for the prior month is $60.

Would a cancellation affect my amount due if I'm FTA and me

 No, service fees are due and payable in advance for the current month. It will, however, preclude you from being eligible for a courtesy credit being applied to your following months service fee.
