First time clients may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 days from the service effective date or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. To cancel this contract, mail or deliver or send by facsimile transmission a signed and dated copy of the cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to Extras Management at 207 S. Flower St., Burbank, CA 91502, fax number 866-494-0266, NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the last date to cancel listed on your contract. There will be no refunds after the last cancel date on your contract. After the 10 day period you can cancel your service effective the last day of the month anytime during the month.

Monthly Service fees are billed in advance for the current month of service. Please refer to the Fee Structure for a detailed description of our billing policy.

Extras Management is NOT your employer and reserves the right to terminate your subscription/membership at any time with or without cause. Clients with cancellations after the 10 day refund period are NOT entitled to and will not receive a refund for monthly fee.

Past clients re-establishing service are not entitled to Ten Day refund policy.
